Evaluation is a fundamental part of much of our work. We evaluate tender bids to support procurement exercises, site/development options as part of feasibility studies (usually weighted evaluation models), and a range of other factors to identify the optimum way forward for clients in relation to facility development and operation. We also evaluate options for investment, operational delivery and service improvement; all options/opportunities are identified and explored to provide clients with appropriate advice and guidance.
