SLI completed a feasibility study and business plan for the proposed development is a Sports Hub at SAFRA Tampines Club in Singapore. The club is in the business of providing sports, leisure and recreation opportunities for Singapore National Service men and their families.

After completion of the feasibility study and business plan, SLI was commissioned to implement the development phase of the project. The development phase consisted of: implementation of an operational plan, marketing strategy, staff recruitment, sports development strategy, building design and budget forecasts.

SLI was responsible for:

• Developing a range of support services for individual participants to improve their sporting skill and ability
• Recommending investment in the existing building and infrastructure to provide an environment that will facilitate and encourage participation in a range of sports
• Identifying the appropriate resources to support and deliver the Sports Hub concept
• Creating a unique, iconic facility and brand that creates differentiation in the market place
• Producing financial plans and targets to ensure that the Sports Hub is financially sustainable through effective implementation operation and marketing
• Producing sports development plans to break down barriers to participation and make it easy for people to take up sport and develop long term healthy lifestyles through regular participation
• Establish strategic alliances with partners to enhance the Sport Hub’s reputation, networking and financial position
