Parish and Town Council Consultation of Open Space, Sport and Recreation
Outlined below is a series of questions with regards to the provision of open space, sport and recreation facilities in your parish. The information is being collated as part of the emerging Local Development Framework (LDF). If you do not manage any open space or sporting/recreational facilities at present, please skip to question 16 of this questionnaire.

No information contained in the results will be attributed to the person who submitted it without their explicit consent being obtained in advance. All data collected by the Strategic Leisure for the purpose of surveys will be held and processed by Strategic Leisure in a secure environment.
