16.04.07: SLL to work in partnership with CBRE for the procurement and development
of a new ice rink in the LB of Havering

Strategic Leisure Limited (SLL) and CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) have been appointed to work with the London Borough of Havering (LBH) on the development and  procurement of a new ice rink and swimming pool in Romford. This redevelopment will aim to bring new facilities to the area which will benefit the local community and local businesses.

The work involves assessing the range of facilities to be developed, the cost of these and also the production of detailed revenue estimates. CBRE & SLL will be marketing a detailed Development Brief in the summer of 2007.
