1.04.07: LB of Lambeth Interim Management Service project success

Andre Thomas, Principal Consultant, has recently completed an Interim Contract Management Service on behalf of London Borough of Lambeth to oversee the termination of the Borough’s Leisure Management Contract with Leisure Connection.

Our work focused on the legal, commercial and operational issues arising out of the termination of the contract ensuring that all parties’ interests were equally satisfied during the termination.

As a result of the successful completion of the contract the London Borough of Lambeth has awarded Strategic Leisure Limited (SLL) a further three month interim contract role of Contract Manager in relation to the recently signed Leisure Management Contract with Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL).

The role will involve developing systems/templates for client and contractor reporting requirements under the terms of the new 15 year Leisure Management Contract and contract managing GLL to help develop a strong and mutually beneficial partnership between GLL and LBL.
