24.07.07: SLL complete Due Diligence in Tbilisi Gerogia

Strategic Leisure carried out due diligence on a Regional Tennis & Fitness Complex in Tbilisi, Georgia, on behalf of an international bank.  The tennis complex management team had requested a loan to expand the existing facility and develop a new indoor tennis centre.
 
The project involved a critical review of the business plan, marketing strategy, management team and proposed complex development.
 
The due diligence exercise identified a numbe of pre-requisite tasks required before Strategic Leisure could recommend the bank investing in the facility expansion.
