07.06.07: Tendring Clacton Leisure Centre Project Completion

Following the feasibility study undertaken in 2006, Tendring Council commissioned SLL to develop a framework for a business plan for the management and operation of the proposed health and fitness development at Clacton Leisure Centre. The second stage of the project was to review and comment on the business plan as developed by the in house management team with a view to creating a sustainable and successful ongoing facility.
