18.05.07: SLL to work in partnership with B3 Gibson Hamilton on behalf of Seaton Carew Sports and Social Club

Strategic Leisure Limited has been commissioned by Seaton Carew Sports and Social Club (SCSC) to propose a scheme which will significantly improve sport and recreation facilities at the Club due to the sustained and continued growth of new members. The development of sports facilities on site will incorporate a Football Foundation bid and identifying additional sources of funding, for the sports of Football, Cricket, Rugby Union and Archery, plus the development of an operational plan. 

Given the requirements of this assignment, SLL will utilise architects B3 Gibson Hamilton, together with the specialist division of SLL, Sport and Landscape Development to undertake site analysis, develop designs, layouts and capital costs for new sports provision.

This work will also include in-depth consultation covering club representatives and external stakeholders such as Sport England North East, sports clubs, the Primary Care Trust, Physical Activity Forum, Tees Valley Sport and local Councillors.
