18.05.07: Fareham Ferneham Hall Procurement project completion

Fareham Borough Council commissioned SLL to formally test the wider market for a leisure and arts operator to manage and invest in the Ferneham Hall. SLL developed the PQQ and advertisements placing adverts in leisure and arts press.

Following evaluation of submission the Council decided that the market is not well enough established to meet the Council’s aspirations. They decided to delay the process fro 3 years pending further developments in the Arts market.
